Jake Gyllenhaal heading for DC's 'Suicide Squad'

As Tom Hardy withdraws from the Warner Bros treatment of antihero movie "Suicide Squad," Jake Gyllenhaal appears to be in line to replace him as group leader Rick Flag. As for Gyllenhaal, the deal is not yet done, but the "Nightcrawler" and "Brokeback Mountain" star has already worked with director David Ayer on 2012's police thriller "End of Watch," for which he was nominated Best Actor in an Action Movie at the 2013 Critic's Choice Movie Awards.
